Are your products authentic?

Yes. Every item sold on La Purr is 100% authentic, sourced directly through official channels. We stand behind the authenticity of everything we sell.

How long will my order take to arrive?

UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48. International orders are shipped via DHL or USPS and typically arrive within 7–14 business days, though customs processing can occasionally cause delays.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout before you complete your order.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Can I return or exchange an item?

As our products are makeup, skincare, and fragrance items, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges once an item has been opened or used, for hygiene reasons. If your order arrives faulty or incorrect, please get in touch and we'll sort it right away.
